Who can you trust with your dream?

Think of the last time you had an “aha” moment, only to then convince yourself about why it wouldn’t work. What stopped you? Was it trust in yourself? Fear of embarrassment?

This isn’t just about self-confidence. It’s also about knowing that others trust and believe in you, your thoughts, and your dreams. It’s about trusting that you belong.

When we trust ourselves and others, we create space for inclusion. When people feel included, they trust that they belong. It’s in the belonging that the magic happens. Innovation soars. Productivity skyrockets. People bring their whole, authentic selves to work.

Yet, we can't build this alone. No one can. So, I invite  you to reflect on these questions:
💡 Have I tried to shrink or mold myself to fit something even though it compromised my dream or my values?
💡 What's possible if I let go of fear of judgment for trusting my gut?
💡 Who can I trust with my dream?

These aren't easy questions, but they're crucial for personal growth and building genuine connections.
The greatest achievements in history weren't solo acts. They were symphonies of trust, inclusion, and belonging.

Think about  your story of trust (or mistrust) that has shaped you. Share below if you want – let's learn from each other.
And hold each others’ dreams.
