The Lane Solutions Leadership Vitality Programs helps leaders move from burnout to sustainable high performance while building exceptional team dynamics.

As a senior marketing executive with 25 years leading teams at startups and growth companies, Brian partners with organizations to elevate their capabilities in future-ready leadership, collaboration, and digital innovation for greater and lasting results.
Brian's executive career in education technology includes leading teams of up to 50 marketing professionals while directing partner marketing for a portfolio exceeding $400 million in annual revenue. During rapid expansion, he helped implement data-driven marketing strategies that balanced ambitious growth targets with team wellbeing, contributing to 9x revenue growth over his tenure.
Brian's experience spans education, technology, and consumer sectors, giving him insight into leadership during technological change. He specializes in helping leaders develop emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, adaptability, and curiosity: the distinctly human skills that will become increasingly valuable as AI reshapes how people work, lead, and make decisions.

As a former Marine officer, combat veteran and black man, Christopher Veal leverages nearly 30 years of experience in executive development to be a global influencer and speaker on evolving masculinity as the author of The Whole Man.
He is a father, a TEDx speaker, and the host of The Vulnerable Man podcast.
He also leads retreats and individual VIP days for focused transformational work in leadership and living with individuals from around the globe.
Edrenna Johnson
Edrenna Johnson has 30 years of experience in instructional design, organizational development, design, effectiveness, individual and team interventions, and facilitation. Edrenna supports organizations with tools to best meet the needs of her clients and partners.
Edrenna is certified to administer/ facilitate: DiSC Assessments, Hogan Assessments, MBTI, Insights Discovery and the Korn-Ferry Competency Model.
Edrenna holds an MS in Organizational and Leadership Development, is CPCC (CoActive Training Institute) and, PCC (International Coach Federation.)

Eric C. Peterson (he/him), MSOD is a recognized facilitator and educator in the diversity and inclusion space with over 20 years of experience in implicit bias, diversity and inclusion, learning strategies, and organization development.
With decades of DEI experience, Eric has helped small businesses and global corporations improve team member satisfaction and productivity through thoughtful DEI education. He has expertise in implicit bias, power dynamics, allyship, the LGBTQ community, and whiteness as a social identity.
Eric is certified in the Predictive Index and MBTI.
