What’s your “IF” Factor?

Last weekend, I watched the movie "IF" with my family, and I have found myself thinking about it often. In the film, imaginary friends (IFs) guide children through life's challenges. It sparked something in me – we all need an "IF" in our lives, regardless of how old we are. Often we are taught that brave is stronger than vulnerable. WHAT IF we all had someone in our lives who could help us feel safe, confident, seen and held at our strongest and most fragile?

Imagine having a constant supporter who brings out the best in you to:

⭐ Help you build your empathy with tools to navigate difficult conversations
⭐ Appreciate different perspectives to solve problems
⭐ Navigate what makes us sad or scared
⭐ Allow joy in everyday moments
⭐ Be vulnerable

Who plays this role in your life? What is possible IF we look for that person - in a mentor, a coach, a leader, a dear friend or family member? And more: What would it take for you to be this person for someone else? Imagine knowing that there’s always someone who’s got your back.

How will you embody these "IF" qualities today?
