I’m choosing Courage When Inclusion Is Under Fire

As I observe organizations dismantling their DEI programs, I keep asking myself: what if we could just be honest about what this is REALLY about?

We all know that real inclusion work isn't just about box-checking metrics and programs. It's about creating spaces where difficult truths can be spoken, where discomfort leads to growth, and where every perspective and voice genuinely matter.
Can we admit that these declarations are saying that only a few voices matter?

TRUST won’t flourish in environments focused on power plays rather than embracing what makes our organizations truly dynamic and most importantly, safe. When companies rush to eliminate these initiatives, they're telling us something important and we have to listen.

Whatever your role, you have influence.
Will you stay in the conversation even as others lean away?
✨ I’d love to meet you there. ✨
