I'm excited to share that the USPTO has officially registered our tagline: Skills for Business. Tools for Life.®

I added this phrase to my email signature back in 2018 because it captured something essential about how I built this business. Yes, we help organizations and leaders with business coaching and conflict management. We support teams and facilitate learning opportunities.

But the ability to communicate clearly, navigate difficult conversations, build trust, and solve problems collaboratively doesn't clock out. These tools serve us to lead with integrity and honor our values in every single interaction. As the line between our personal and professional lives often feels completely absent, it’s important to fulfill all aspects of who we are.

That's why this trademark matters. It's not about protecting a phrase. It's a commitment to the synergy that makes us more effective leaders and more present friends, better colleagues and better neighbors, clearer communicators and more compassionate listeners.
