Failure may be your innovation engine

We all mask our failures, often in an effort to create a perception of high competence. When we don’t admit to or embrace failure, the only path we help create for others is one to “safe” and (often damaging) decisions.
Instead, imagine the innovation and progress we could model by embracing mistakes as opportunities for growth. Fear of missteps holds us back from being inclusive with bold steps and new ideas. Creating a culture where it's safe to fail (and learn quickly from these failures), drives experimentation, creativity, and resilience.

We ALL get it wrong sometimes. The most trusted leaders know that personal growth propels our organizations forward even though the road may not be comfortable.
