This program is designed for

  • HR Professionals

    Including OD, People & Culture and L&D seeking guided discussions and a practical curriculum that will support you as you navigate complicated times, supporting your organization, talent and leaders.

  • People Managers

    Leaders who are committed to being inclusive in your teams and your organization. This is a series of guided discussions with a practical curriculum that will help support you as you navigate dynamic teams through challenging times, and create safe spaces for conversations.

  • Coaches

    Who are committed to inclusion and belonging as a pillar or key initiative in your work with clients, and looking for deeper understanding of the changing landscape of these conversations.

The Elevate Program Includes:

✓ Access to experts with proven success in transformation through belonging and inclusion strategy and practice. 

✓ Each module will focus on a specific key step towards driving and championing meaningful conversation and authentic change. 

✓ Twelve one-hour live video calls, hosted by Joanna with varying formats to optimize your experience.  These sessions will be capped at 12 participants. 

✓ Twelve one-hour optional Q&A sessions. Bring your questions, challenges, and concerns to these optional calls. Open to all members in your group.

✓ Additional resources for each key step will be shared between sessions.

Lane Solutions Group is recognized by ICF (International Coach Federation to offer program participants 11 CCEs and 2RDs for continuing education.

Program participants will ELEVATE their ability to:

  • Understand how identity shapes experiences and influences how we are as individuals and in groups.

  • Recognize and challenge the nuance of workplace bias on belonging and inclusion.

  • Listen to drive positive change.

  • Manage emotional responses to foster a more compassionate, understanding and inclusive environment.

  • Understand the roles of allyship, mentorship, and sponsorship.

  • Integrate these KEY STEPS to implement effective, authentic strategies and drive meaningful change.

Note that while the curriculum will have similar components for all participants, cohorts will be created to group people in similar roles, facing similar challenges.
